The house is in a fantastic location with beautiful sea views from both the lounge and the bedroom balcony. It's situated on a peaceful and secluded road, yet still within a short walk to shops, pubs/restaurants, and takeaways. We especially loved the proximity to the seafront, where we took a delightful mile-long journey on the beachfront railway to the funfair and amusement park. the central heating and wifi in the loft bedroom were excellent as well. our first visit to Hayling Island was a memorable one, and we would gladly book Sandy Feet Retreat again if available. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all. 🌟.

It's conveniently situated on a quiet road, yet still close to shops, pubs, and restaurants. The nearby beachfront railway adds amusement and entertainment options for all ages. This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, with jaw-dropping sea views from both the bedroom and balcony. The house itself was tucked away in a peaceful street, yet only a short walk to shops, restaurants, and even a funfair. The loft bedroom was a pleasant surprise, and the central heating and wifi were top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Can't wait to come back!

Stayed in a lovely house with great sea views from the bedroom and balcony. House was in a quiet road but still close to shops, pubs/restaurants, and takeaways. Enjoyed taking the beachfront railway for a mile-long journey along the seafront to the funfair and amusement park. Will definitely book again if available.
The kitchen was a disappointment as the appliances were all dirty and in need of a good clean. The crockery was chipped and the glasses were mismatched.

The apartment with a balcony and sea views had the most amazing vibe! I felt like I was living in a dreamy beach house, with a stunning view right from the balcony. The living room was cozy, and the bedrooms were comfortable. It was the perfect vacation retreat for our group of friends!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the tea/coffee maker in the apartment. But hey, some people might enjoy having that convenience, so it's just my own preference.

The apartment with a balcony and sea views was absolutely stunning! The moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was greeted by breathtaking views of the ocean. It felt like a dream come true for someone who loves being close to nature like me.
While the balcony with sea views was incredible, I found myself spending a bit too much time there. It was so mesmerizing that it was hard to tear myself away from the beautiful scenery and explore other activities in the area.

Our stay at Sandy Feet Retreat was truly enjoyable. The loft bedroom was cozy and comfortable, and we loved waking up to the beautiful sea views from either the lounge or the bedroom balcony. The central heating kept us warm throughout our stay, and the reliable wifi connection was a huge plus.
Even though there were a few minor issues, such as the kitchen appliances being a bit dirty and some chipped crockery, it didn't dampen our overall experience. The location of the house was ideal, with shops, pubs/restaurants, and takeaways within a short walk.
